ONCE IN A LIFETIME

My first production at GSA was the 3rd year actor musicians version of Once In a Lifetime, and I was the Assistant Production Manager. 

As the APM, I had chance to run the production meetings, collate the risk assessments and stand in for the stage manager during the tech run when they had a track. I got to see all aspects of the backstage from this role and it really helped me to understand the importance of communication, organisation and team work when it comes to running a backstage area.
