I was Yvonne Arnaud's Wardrobe Assistant and Cover Head of Wardrobe for there pantomime. This was a brilliant opportunity for me, 6 weeks with 60 shows, full of lots of challenges along the way. This was my first time in this role and i learnt so much. I primally dressed the Dame in his many eccentric costumes and ensured all repairs were fixed in a timely manner. I also helped to ensure small repairs on all the casts costumes were done as soon as possible. Along with this I washed and ironed costumes everyday and then set them in the correct places for the show.
During the run my biggest challenge arose as I was asked to step us and cover 'Head of Wardrobe' for 14 shows. This opportunity ment i got to test my knowledge and showcase my leadership abilities all while working in a brand new role.
