MY 2026 SHOWREEL
My showreel presents my developing professional identity as a stage and production management practitioner. It highlights my training at Guildford School of Acting, including my basic understanding of sound and lighting, as well as my hands-on experience in props making, stage preparation and set assembly. Through these experiences, I have developed a stronger understanding of how different production departments work together to support rehearsal, backstage processes and live performance.
The showreel also introduces my recent stage management experience, including my roles as Assistant Stage Manager for Macbeth, Stage Manager for the BA and MFA Acting Showcase, and Stage Manager for The Rink at Guildford School of Acting. It also references my experience as an Assistant Production Manager for a dance theatre production in Beijing, in collaboration with the National Centre for the Performing Arts and the Central Academy of Drama. As a bilingual practitioner in English and Mandarin, I value clear communication, teamwork and calm problem-solving, and I am interested in live performance, musical theatre, dance production and cross-cultural creative work.
