My duties on this tour included
- Working on the get-in and get-out within each of the venues we visited.
- Moving scenery and equipment during productions working with lighting, sound, and special effects
- Supporting several companies with “get ins” and “get outs” within all aspects of the productions including lighting, sound, and rigging
- Collaborating with the various venue technicians to promote good customer relations
- Liaising with technical departments at venues on the tour
- Managing the installation and maintenance of all props and set pieces within the show
- Working with the LX / SND operator, assisting with the installation and maintenance of the lighting and sound equipment with the set.
- Organised the repair and upkeep of all touring materials and vehicles when necessary
- Working with the Rigger and the wider company to always develop and maintain a safe working environment
