Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Paola is a highly skilled theatre professional with a BFA in Theatre Technology from The Theatre School at DePaul University.

She is currently completing her MA in Stage and Production Management at Guildford School of Acting at the University of Surrey. With experience as a rigger, carpenter, draftsperson, technical director, and stage manager, Paola is a versatile and valuable asset to any production team.
