ABOUT ME

20260115_164104_edited.jpg

I studied Technical and Stage Management at City Lit in 2024 and 2025, where I gained a certificate and built hands-on skills in backstage work and production. Alongside that, I’ve volunteered with BI Pride and Chickenshed, including work at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2025.

In 2026, I completed placements on One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest with OV and Evening All Afternoon with the Donmar Warehouse, which gave me even more experience in professional theatre settings.

I’m now looking to build a career as an ASM, while continuing to grow my skills in technical theatre and lighting.

I’m an aspiring Assistant Stage Manager with a real love for technical theatre, especially lighting. Since 2023, I’ve been the Main Stage Manager for BI Pride UK, where I help run the stage, coordinate performers, and keep everything running smoothly during live events.

"Lee worked on the play, Not In The Mood For Quiche Anymore, at the Lion & Unicorn Theatre (Kentish Town) as the show's LX and SFX operator.

Lee was a delight to work with. They had a can-do attitude, were great at problem solving and always arrived with a smile.

Although the lighting desk was unfamiliar to them, they worked hard to learn how to operate the cues and adjust fades and intensity using their own intuition. They also edited the SFX files in order to ensure they were correct for the show.

The show was techincally a busy one, and Lee was always focused and on task. They produced a fantastic marked-up script that had great clarity and enabled a smooth handover to a different operator on the final night.

Lee was organised, efficient and positive. I would absolutely recommend Lee and hope to work with them again."
