Hi! I’m a multilingual Stage and Production Manager with a passion for bringing stories to life through organised, collaborative, and creative theatre-making. Originally from Peru, I combine cultural perspective with technical precision, and I thrive in fast-paced environments where every detail matters. With a strong background in backstage work and a Master’s in Stage and Production Management, I’m all about building safe, supportive spaces where casts and crews can do their best work — and have a little fun while they’re at it.
