-1. Assisted in set-up, operation and take down the events, quickly mitigating problems.
-2. Collaborated with team to complete tasks to required event specifications and timely deadlines.
-3. Served drinks and food, abiding with health and safety regulations.
Global Talent Fair 2023 / Seoul, Korea

Responsibilities:
-1. Offering language assistance by translating for international attendees and facilitating introductions to participating companies at the fair.
-2. Assisting with the preparation of the event zone to ensure its smooth operation. This included tasks such as setting up booths, organizing materials, and coordinating logistics to create an engaging and welcoming environment for both attendees and exhibitors.
World Smart City Expo 2022

Responsibilities:
-1. Set up various conference meeting and prepared luncheon for VIP from overseas.
-2. Set up the stage as an assistant to the stage manager and have a rehearsal.
-3. Coordinated with other staff and departments to get tasks completed ahead of schedule.
Korean Culture Scene 2022 Tour Performance

Responsibilities:
-1. Secure the rehearsal room for the performance within the allocated budget.
-2. Oversaw rehearsal guidance for Korean performers and management of all backstage.
-3. Worked as an assistant, facilitating communication between the Korean and British stage crews, while also providing backup support during stage setup.
-4. I served as the Master of Ceremonies for the show and was responsible for translating Korean to English.
K-pop Night 2022/2023

-4. Event Operations: Maintained a professional demeanour throughout the event, welcoming guests, managing ticket scanning procedures, and actively participating in ticket sales to ensure smooth operations.
