MY STORY

It was always a given....

...that I'd end up doing something in a live events setting! Growing up with a family who loved taking their 6 year old to gigs and pantomimes, I have always loved the spectacle of live shows and theatre.

After trying a drama degree in the pre-pandemic years, I found the production side of theatre was far more exciting than trying to act! Joining GSA in the pandemic helped me realsie that theatre production was definitely the path for me. Running around backstage, finding myself up ladders rigging lights or sitting behind a lighting desk was (and is!) my happy place.

WIth ETC advanced programming training, an ABTT Bronze award and ROBOSpot training, I am happy to turn my hand to any role in a lighting team. I am also perfectly comfortable in a stage manging role, whether that be running things from the wings or creating and maintaining props.
