Emma brought knowledge, experience and energy to the production. She was calm, efficient, adaptable and willing. She worked very well with me(director), the stage manager, the stage crew and very importantly the large cast (11); demonstrating initiative, intelligence and ability both to accept instruction and initiate action when required, under pressure. She also brought her youthful enthusiasm and a maturity beyond her years to the process. She was a joy to have on the team.
