Herstory

Based on an ancient Chinese painting, Admonitions of the instructress to the court ladies, I created a dance film focused on the oppression the Chinese ancient women were facing. This was the first time I worked on film. As a producer, I made a budget, built the team, found the filming places and got filming permission. As a member of the creative team, I was the literary curator, took part in the scene design and the final editing. At last, a 5-minute dance film was finally made.
