Blossoming (You Undo Me)

An Edinburgh Fringe piece, Blossoming (You Undo Me) is a one-person musical about a young Chinese man growing into his queerness. It was the first Asian queer musical and I was its executive producer bringing it to the London stage and Edinburgh Fringe. I took charge of the whole producing process, from building the team, making budget plan, hiring the venue, booking the logistics, to holding mkt campaigns.
