My Experience

Here are some of my past productions!

BA Acting Showcase

Assistant Stage Manager

March 2024

As ASM on this filmed showcase, I was required to stick to a tight schedule, ensuring that all sessions ran on time. To achieve this, I communicated to the actors about what to expect when arriving to the space, as well as ensuring that all costumes and props were available at a moment's notice.

Lambs

Assistant Stage Manager

February - March 2024

Lambs is a peice of new writing by Daniel Goldman. Set in a slaughterhouse, it is about the people who work there, and their relationship with their work and each other.

Being ASM on this production was a priviledge, as I was able to help bring the writer's vision to life through the props and set dressings I provided.

BA Actor-Musician Showcase

Stage Manager

January 2024

This was my first venture into the world of film, and it taught me a lot about how the process differers from creating a production for a live audience. As the stage manager, it was my responsibility to lead a team and communicate with all departments throughout the process. I also used the clapperboard due to the absence of a camera team.

Sleeping Beauty

Placement ASM

December 2023

Sleeping Beauty is the most recent pantomime from the LGBTQ+ centred production company Tuckshop. With an all-star drag cast, this retelling of the classic fairytale will have you wondering - is the princess really cursed to sleep for 100 years, or is she just hungover?

As placement ASM on this production I was able to work in a West End venue, assisting with propping, presets, and running a track during each perfomance.

Beasts and Beauties

Wardrobe ASM

October - December 2023

Based on the beloved tales by Carol Ann Duffy, this production unearths the macabre, the magic, the mischief, the menace and the merriment in classic stories such as, BlueBeard, Beauty and the Beast and The Emperor’s New Clothes.

This production allowed me to use my sewing skills to make, alter and repair costume peices, as well as creating a plot and overseeing all costume changes.
