Assistant Stage Manager

Much Ado About Nothing

During my first produciton at GSA I was given the role of an Assistant Stage Manager. In this position it was my responsibility to source/create set and props, assist in scene changes, hemp rope flying, and on ocassion appear in the show as part of the ensemble. (even being given a line!!)

MFA Actor Showcase

Stepping away from live theatre, the MFA Actor Showcase focused on several short pieces that had been taken from various films and television shows. This presented me with my first opportunity to cue call a performance that intended to be entirely recorded without the presence of an audience.

Scratch (2025)

Similar in structure to the MFA acting Showcase, this project placed me in charge of observing the rehearsal rooms of six plays and in charge of calling a further eleven films. Since each group had their own director, it was my responsibility to communicate the wants and requirements for each individual production to the technical teams to ensure that each project could be performed at its highest quality.
