An amazing opportunity working at Shakespeare's Globe. A slice of historic architecture on the modern day Southbank. This was the first time Brecht was performed at the Globe. I had studied Brecht at A level but the reality of this Anti-war epic was lost on 16-17 year old me. The design of the show was also modern day, war torn which with the realities of modern day felt chilling. A poignant production to be a part of.
